Fearful Liberals Circling the Obamacare Wagons (ContributorNetwork)

Posted: 30 Sep 2011 03:11 PM PDT

ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | According to the Heritage Foundation, the National Federation of Independent Business outmaneuvered the Obama administration by filing a petition with the United States Supreme Court "appealing the 11th Circuit's Obamacare decision" before they did. Now, once again leading from behind, the man with what CBS dubbed as the "remarkable poker face" has been effectively forced to play what even some liberals acknowledge is a losing hand.

Assassinating Awlaki: Obama Can Kill Anyone He Wants To (The Nation)

Posted: 30 Sep 2011 07:32 AM PDT

The Nation - The Nation --  Now we know what embattled Yemeni President Saleh meant when he cryptically told reporters from the Washington Post and Time yesterday: “We are fighting the al-Qaeda organization in Abyan [in Yemen] in coordination with the Americans and Saudis.” The defiant Saleh, who’s long promoted himself as an asset in America’s seemingly nonstop Long War on Terrorism (LWT), apparently knows what he’s talking about. Hours later, Yemen’s military announced that a missile strike had killed Anwar al-Awlaki, the bombastic, American-born Islamist who’s been linked to Al Qaeda and to recent terrorist attempts against the United States.

The Chronicles of 'Palin the Undecided' Stretch into October (ContributorNetwork)

Posted: 30 Sep 2011 03:11 PM PDT

ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | What is Sarah Palin worried about? Why can't she simply commit to a "yes" or "no" and be done with it? It is commonly known that there are only a few remaining weeks for her to decide on whether or not she will actually run for the presidency in 2012. It is also commonly known that polls are showing a majority of the Republican electorate that is hopeful that she does not enter the race at all. And yet, just last evening on Fox Business Network, she eliminated the "possibility" of an announcement by September's end, which had been a definite "possibility" in mid-August.

Why Racism Will Be Key Issue for Liberal Media in 2012 Election (ContributorNetwork)

Posted: 30 Sep 2011 03:11 PM PDT

ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | When President Obama won the election in 2008, many news sources stated that Dr. Martin Luther King's dream had come true. Statements like "Racism is Dead" were shown across TVs all across the country. The liberal side of the media has tried to ram statements of racism in the Tea Party. As a former political consultant, I have a strong feeling that the media's play of the race card is only going to get stronger in the next year.
