A video that the police released this week of a shooting in Brooklyn shows the exacting care with which a group of criminals can handle a deadly weapon. Before Tyquan Sewall, 18, was shot in daylight hours on Tuesday outside a McDonald's in Flatbush, the gun that struck him down was passed from hand to hand to hand until it was pointed at Mr. Sewall's head and fired, then fired four more times.
