A class 12 boy of a school in Ghaziabad rammed his car into students waiting outside the gate. Four students were seriously injured in the incident. As school had closed early for Teachers Day, the students were waiting outside for an auto when the car hit them. Police have booked the two students in the car.

Angry after her love affair went awry, a 24-year-old girl allegedly threw acid on her 27-year-old boyfriend, inside the Cross River Mall in Karkardooma area of east Delhi on Sunday afternoon. Police said the accused, identified as Arti, a resident of East Delhi, has been arrested. The victim, Vinit, is undergoing treatment at GTB hospital. He received 44 per cent severe burn injuries.
