In his reply the spokesman said, "As for the discussion on the South China Sea issue, China has expounded its positions many times. We don't hope to see outside forces involved in the South China Sea dispute and do not want to see foreign companies to engage in activities that will undermine China's sovereignty and interests." |

In September, the Indian former textile mill worker was given an artificial pacemaker after his heart rate plunged to just 20 to 30 beats per minute. On the face of it, his case was not unusual, with the use of pacemakers to correct abnormal heart rates now commonplace around the world.
