Defence Minister A K Antony has ordered a new probe into the mystery death of Captain Sumit Kohli in 2006. Captain Kohli, who was serving with the 18 Rashtriya Rifles, was found dead with gunshot wounds in his room in the military barracks in Lolab.

The Supreme Court on Monday asked the Gujarat High Court to consider and pass appropriate order for constituting a separate Special Investigation Team (SIT) for probing the case relating to killing of Ishrat Jahan in an encounter.
