An accident between a Porsche car and a motorcycle on Lodhi Road in Delhi last night has left a biker seriously injured. According to an eyewitness, the luxury car was being driven by a woman.

Three persons were killed and four others injured when members of two feuding gangs fired at each other at a wedding in Sahibabad town of the district. Members of Narender Bhati and Sunder Bhati gangs fired at each other at New India Wedding Place in Sahibabad in which three persons were killed and four others were injured last night, Ghaziabad SSP Raghubir Lal said.

The Delhi University has been asked by the High Court here to explain its stand on a plea, questioning the validity of admission criteria of a student in the faculty of Music and Fine Arts. The University admission criteria for MA (Hindustani Music) course for academic session 2011-12 was challenged by applicant Babita Rawat, who was denied admission to the course despite graduating in Hindi Music with 62 per cent marks.
