A former BJP state minister, an ex-MP and two police officers were among 17 people booked for allegedly sexually abusing a woman, police said on Monday. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaipur, had director that a case be registered against former MP Nihal Chand Mowal, junior minister in erstwhile BJP government Jogeshwar Garg and police officers, Amil Rao and Mahavir, along with 13 others.

A 10-year-old school boy is suspected to have been kidnapped in Nimasahi area. The father of the boy has filed a missing case in the police station; the family members allege that a neighbourhood youth has kidnapped the boy.
