Eight Pak soldiers dead in NATO chopper attack Posted: 26 Nov 2011 04:07 AM PST NATO helicopters from Afghanistan carried out an "unprovoked" attack on a Pakistani border post, killing at least eight troops on Saturday, the military said. "ISAF/NATO helicopters carried out unprovoked and indiscriminate firing on a Pakistani checkpost in Mohmand agency last night. Casualties have been reported. However details are coming," a military spokesman said. |

Pakistan and China hold joint military exercises Posted: 25 Nov 2011 06:26 AM PST Pakistan Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani said on Thursday that Pakistan has done its utmost to eliminate the threat to China posed by militants operating in the border areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
