According to the reports coming in there has been a fire at Ruby Mills compound near Plaza cinema in Mumbai. Eight fire engines and six tankers have been rushed to the spot.

"We have filed two cases against Mukesh Tripathi, a former student who poured petrol on South City College principal Khagendrananth Adhikary and then tried to commit suicide by sprinkling it on himself," Joint Commissioner of Police (Headquarters), Jawed Shamim said.
