Now, there's something else the iPhone is poised to completely replace for many owners: the standard point and shoot camera. |
Whatever her marks, she'll top the exam Posted: When Meena Salkar settles down to write the papers for the doctor of medicine (MD) examination in obstetrics and gynaecology, she will face a few minor hiccups. She will not be able to sneak a peek into her neighbours' paper even if she wants to. Nor will she be able whisper out a suggestion to someone around. This is because the 42-year-old gynaecologist from Bangalore is the only person appearing for the exam from Mumbai University this year. |

Temple visit with Advani signals Uma Bharti’s return to BJP? Posted: Uma Bharti all set to return to BJP? Senior BJP leader L K Advani visited the Somnath temple in Gujarat on Saturday along with former BJP leader Umar Bharti. Even though the visit marks the 20 years of Advani's historic rath yatra which he started from this very temple in 1990, the joint visit by Advani and Uma Bharti to the temple comes after top level BJP sources told NDTV in July that the party is seriously considering Uma's return to the party. |
