28 Bihar districts declared drought-hit

The Bihar cabinet on Tuesday declared 28 of the 38 districts drought-hit in view of the acute shortfall in rain. With this decision, the provisions for relief, under CRF, SDRF, NCCF and NDRF will come into force in these districts with immediate effect.
