A head-on collision involving a tanker and five cars injured three people and shut down most of the lanes on Sydney Harbour Bridge on Friday, local media reported. Says a paramedic at the scene: "Of the patients that are involved, three of them were deemed to be critical. The Careflight rescue helicopter arrived on the scene and with the medical assistance were able to intubate the patient."
