| Beware of predatory visa fraud, says US Posted: A day after authorities in the US raided its offices on charges of fraud, the University of Northern Virginia is open for business and classes are being held as scheduled. As the investigation of possible fraud into University of Northern Virginia continues following a raid on Thursday, Department spokesman Mark Toner said, "We caution students to be alert to the existence of these so-called predatory visa fraud rings and fraudulent document vendors." Some 2,400 students of which 90 per cent are mostly from Andhra Pradesh, are registered at the Washington University. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has warned the Northern Virginia University that it could withdraw the school's authorisation to admit foreign students.
