LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Paris Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, was allegedly attacked outside of the Van Nuys courthouse in LA on Wednesday, the reality TV star Tweeted.

Paris and Cy were in court on Wednesday, where she was set to face Nathan Lee Parada - the man charged with attempted burglary after allegedly trying to break in to the reality star's house while carrying two large knives in August 2010.

Outside the courthouse, Paris claims a man assaulted her boyfriend.
