"The work is going on and I will take care of it as Chief Minister. There is no need to panic. I believe these will be the best ever Games. Throughout the morning, she moved back and forth between the kitchen and the living room. She opened her medicine cabinet at 12:21 and closed it at 12:22. Immediately afterward, she opened the refrigerator door for almost three minutes. At 1:36, she opened the kitchen door and went outside. |

Army orders inquiry against Major in possession of secret files Posted: The Army has ordered a Court of Inquiry against a Major posted in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for allegedly possessing 2,000 sensitive military documents on his personal computer from where it was passed on to Pakistan. Army officials here said Major Santanu Dey would face the probe after a joint investigation by the Military Intelligence (MI) and National Investigation Agency (NIA) found that the documents from his personal computer had been mailed to an ISI contact in Pakistan. |

CBI asks for Sohrabuddin case to be transferred out of Gujarat Posted: What the CBI has uncovered so far about how Sohrabuddin Sheikh's infamous murder in Gujarat has been explained in a report submitted to the Supreme Court this morning. The CBI has asked for the case to be shifted out of Gujarat because it believes the investigation cannot be conducted fairly in the state. The agency has also made two other significant requests: that it be given another three months to complete its investigation into Sohrabuddin's murder, and that it be assigned to examine the murder of Tulsiram Prajapati, who was a key witness in Sohrabuddin's case. |
