Telangana bandh: Time for discussion on separate state, says Azad Posted: Telangana bandh: For the people of Andhra Pradesh, it is deja vu. As a two-day bandh called by the Telangana Joint Action Committee (JAC) in support of the demand for a separate state began on Tuesday, schools, colleges, shops and other commercial establishments were closed and public transport and other basic services have been badly hit. There are prohibitory orders in place in parts of the state capital Hyderabad, which is part of the Telangana region. |
