According to the parliamentary standing committee on health, which placed its latest report on the country's National Aids Control Organization (NACO) in the Rajya Sabha, 39 districts with no blood banks were identified in the states of Bihar, UP, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Karnataka and Mizoram. |
