William-Kate to get nudist neighbours?

A beach near the home of Prince William and wife Kate in Anglesey could become an official nudist site

It seems that Kate will be seeing more than she bargained for as her local beach is set to become a nudist site. Naturists hope to make Newborough beach in Anglesey, a few miles from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's home on the Welsh island, an official site.

The royal couple live in a modest whitewashed cottage in Anglesey while Prince William is based as a search and rescue helicopter pilot at RAF Valley. Nudists already enjoy the beach in the altogether and believe that, although they don't need official status, it would make a difference as well as boosting local tourism.

British Naturism commercial manager Andrew Welch said, "It takes away the hassle factor because a lot of people see naturism as illegal. Naturism isn't against the law, you can't legislate about what someone wears. If it were designated it would increase tourism in the area."

However, local councillor Peter Rogers said it he would prefer the beach not to be used by naturists.
He said, "It would be better either for them to be banned or, if they are going to be there anyway, for there to be proper regulation." "It's not the nudists who are really the problem but the people who go and watch them from the trees," he added. Locals say they haven't spotted the couple strolling along the beach.

Did you know?
Naturism has a royal history. King Edward VIII and his wife were allowed to take a nude swim in the bay of Kandarola, Croatia.

Pak PM Gilani's son in Rs 7 bn drug scam?

A Rs 7 billion drug quota allotment scam allegedly involving Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's son has surfaced in Pakistan. A three-member Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard a case on Thursday against the Health Ministry illegally allotting a quota of a bronchodilator drug ephedrine worth Rs 7 billion to two Multan-based companies.

Embarrassed: Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani

The case was filed by Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) to bring the culprits to the task but its lawyer, Abid Zulfiqar, pleaded before the court on Thursday that his client wanted to withdraw the case. When the Chief Justice asked Zulfiqar what was stopping the ANF from pursuing the case, he revealed that ANF was under extreme pressure regarding its probe into the Health Ministry's violations of rules, while awarding a quota of 9,000 kg ephedrine drastically exceeding the legal limit of 500 kg.

The lawyer disclosed that one Tauqeer Ali Shah, who claimed himself to be the secretary of PM Gilani's son Ali Musa Gilani, had been pressurising the ANF to sweep the case under the carpet. In the line of duty, the ANF also tried to summon Ali Musa Gilani on March 12, but to no avail, the ANF counsellor told the court.

Besides, ANF chief Brig Fahim Chaudhry told the court that it was Secretary Anti-Narcotics Department who put a full stop to the investigation by stating that an important political personality was not happy with the probe. The Supreme Court later adjourned the hearing till April 20.

'McDonald's Turned me into a prostitute'

Woman is suing fast food giant claiming low wages, poor support and management forced her into a job at a brothel

A woman has launched a lawsuit against McDonald's claiming the fast food giant turned her into a prostitute. Shelley Lynn, from California, says the burger joint should have protected her against her 'predatory' ex-husband and former boss Keith Handley.

Handley hired her to work behind the counter 30 years ago at his franchise in Arroyo Grande before the pair began dating five years later. Lynn said Handley, who still runs the franchise, forced her termination to make her more vulnerable to his demands.

She blames McDonald's for putting her at the mercy of a company that provided no protections for female employees against predatory bosses. Lynn is also suing Handley in California Central District Court. Lynn said Handley lied when he said he would help her fulfill her dreams of working as a Las Vegas dancer. He bought her a home in Vegas to live in, but then told her she'd have to get a job as a prostitute in one of the legal brothels to pay for it.

The complaint said, "Handley then began pressuring Lynn on an almost daily basis to engage in sex to make money, otherwise she would lose her home and everything." Lynn said she took a job at the Chicken Ranch in Pahrump, Nevada, where she became a 'top booker,'.

She says Handley should never have been allowed to open his franchise and that McDonald's 'failed to conduct a due diligence into the moral character of Handley when it sold franchises to him'. Lynn seeks lost wages, special damages and compensatory damages. Handley could not be reached for comment.

Osama had 4 kids while on the run

Slain al-Qaeda chief fathered 4 children as he hid out in Pakistan after 9/11 attacks, his youngest wife revealed

Osama Bin Laden fathered four children while on the run in Pakistan in the nine years following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, according to his youngest wife. During that time, the former al-Qaeda leader moved between five safe houses and at least two of the children were born in a government hospital, Amal Ahmad Abdul Fateh said. The 30-year-old was speaking to Pakistani investigators -- her testimony is the most detailed account of Bin Laden's life.

Amal's account of Bin Laden's post-9/11 life begins in late 2001, when the terrorist mastermind fled Afghanistan and into Pakistan. Amal was arrested by Pakistani security officials following the US raid along with two of Bin Laden's other wives and her five children. The three widows hold potentially vital information for Western security forces -- as well as shedding light on how Bin Laden managed to evade justice for so long.
They are currently under house arrest in Islamabad.

A transcript of an interrogation of Amal reveals that she wed Bin Laden in 2000 out of her 'desire of marrying a mujahid', or 'Holy warrior'. In late 2000, she joined the terrorist and his wives at his base near Kandahar before the attacks on the US on September 11, 2001. Safia, Amal's first child with Bin Laden, was born in Kandahar that year.

In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, she stayed in various homes in Karachi for around nine months. In mid-2001, she left Karachi for Peshawar, where she was reunited with her husband. From there, the Bin Laden family fled into the rural mountain areas of north-west Pakistan, first staying in the Shangla district. In 2003, they moved to a rented house in small town of Haripur where they stayed for two years.

During their time there, Amal gave birth to a girl, Aasia, and a boy, Ibrahim. It was from there, in 2005, that Bin Laden made the move to Abbottabad.
