The Associated Press reports that the Mannheim state court in Germany ruled on Friday that neither Samsung (005930) nor Motorola violated patents used for technology in Apple's touchscreen devices. The iPhone 5 is available in three different models, however, so Verizon's CDMA iPhone will not have access to AT&T's 4G LTE network.
