FixYa, an online troubleshooting guide for gadgets and computers, has put out a new survey showing the top complaints that ultrabook owners have about their computers and has found that MacBook Air owners complain most about their computers' low memory and forced shutdowns due to overheating. That said, FixYa says that these complaints are relatively minor and that the MacBook Air overall is "a smooth device with very little to complain about." As far as other ultrabooks go, top complaints tend revolve around poor battery life and screen quality, neither of which was cited as a major problem for MacBook Air owners. Groupon introduces mobile payment service to rival Square and PayPalFollowing the likes of PayPal and Square, Groupon (GRPN) has revealed that it's releasing its own credit card payment service called Groupon Payments. Groupon Payments will be available for the iPhone and iPod touch, and participating merchants can get free plastic dongle for swiping credit cards or pony up for a $100 smartphone case/credit card slider. According to Groupon's website, the company will only take 1.8% of transactions processed on Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards. American Express cards will be charged a 3% transaction fee and all cards will be subject to a 15-cent charge per swipe. Groupon says its service will offer the "lowest rates available." So are they? The company's photo sync service will store any picture taken with an Android device in a private "Synced from Phone" folder on Facebook.
