| Woman killed as oxygen cylinder in ambulance bursts Posted: 03 Oct 2011 12:13 AM PDT A woman died and her husband suffered serious burns when an oxygen cylinder in an ambulance in which they were taking their grandchild to a hospital burst and the vehicle was engulfed in flames at Kallara-Pangode in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday, police said.
