The National Investigating Agency (NIA) is examining a new email that claims responsibility for yesterday's bomb blast at the Delhi High Court in which 12 people were killed and more than 70 injured.

A court in Delhi today deferred the hearing on the Rajya Sabha MP's bail plea till September 12. Mr Singh was sent to judicial custody till September 19 in the connection with the cash-for-votes scam.
