Raunchy pics of Berlusconi's 'bunga bunga' parties discovered Posted: A series of provocative pictures reveal what goes on behind closed doors at Silvio Berlusconi's infamous 'bunga bunga' parties. The images were found on laptops and cameras seized from dozens of female party guests as part of an investigation into claims that the Italian Prime Minister paid for sex with underage girls, reports the Daily Mail. One picture shows TV showgirl Barbara Guerra, 32, wearing a tight-fitting police uniform and pouting as she dangles a pair of handcuffs. Guerra has appeared on an Italian reality TV show and is the former girlfriend of Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli. Another picture shows two unidentified women about to kiss, while further images capture other female party guests in provocative poses. All were taken in the early hours of the morning at Berlusconi's home in Arcore, near Milan. Officials said Berlusconi had 'ridiculed' the police and 'seriously offended' nurses after it emerged women wore the uniforms as part of stripper acts at the parties. The phrase 'bunga bunga' is said to refer to an after-dinner sex game. The risque photographs form part of the 20,000 page prosecution case against Berlusconi, who will appear in court next month accused of underage sex and abuse of office.
Zuckerberg is officially 'in a relationship' Posted: Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is among the billionaire bachelors who aren't actually eligible. He's been dating girlfriend Priscilla Chan since college, but you wouldn't have known it from his Facebook page until this weekend. The 26-year-old is now officially "in a relationship." He updated his status on Sunday, remarking that it was "slightly overdue." Zuckerberg with Chan and his pup Beast This follows on the heels of Zuckerberg and Chan buying a puppy together and giving it its own Facebook fan page. Beast has attracted over 70,000 fans who have learned that Facebook's CEO can't untag himself from poop-scoop duty. Facebook presents a quandary for many people these days is it a personal site for intimate photos and relationship news as when it first launched, or is it a professional site for connecting with colleagues and presenting a highly-groomed and curated public face to the world? It seems like Zuckerberg is increasingly using Facebook to reveal personal information about himself from his off-the-market relationship status to photos of his dog to providing a list of his family members.
The truth about 'nuclear samurai' Posted: Workers at Fukushima's nuclear plant are risking their lives to avert catastrophe, but many are manual labourers unequal to the task To a world that doesn't know him, Shingo Kanno is one of the 'nuclear samurai' a selfless hero trying to save his country from a holocaust; to his family, Kanno is a new father whose life is in peril just because he wanted to earn some money on the side doing menial labour at the Fukushima nuclear plant. Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) vice-president Norio Tsuzumi bows and apologises to an elderly woman who was evacuated from the Fukushima nuclear power plant A tobacco farmer, Kanno had no business being anywhere near a nuclear reactor let alone in a situation as serious as the one that has unfolded after the 11 March earthquake and tsunami in Japan. His great-uncle, Masao Kanno, said, "People are calling them nuclear samurai because people are sacrificing their lives to try to fix a leak. But people like Shingo are amateurs: they can't really help. It shouldn't be people like Shingo." Masao Kanno is one of more than 500 people camped out on the hardwood floors of a sports centre in Yonezawa. The homes of most of them lie within 19 miles of the Fukushima plant. They worked at the plant, have family members who did, or passed it daily on the way to work or school. Before, they rarely thought about the down side to that proximity; now it rules their lives. Many of their homes are inside the evacuation zone, with radiation 17 times higher than background levels and tap water too contaminated to drink. Those with a close personal connection to the crisis, like Masao Kanno, are moved and grateful for the personal courage of the 500 or so workers still at the plant. In the meantime, the cult of the nuclear samurai has only grown. Japanese television aired an interview with a plant worker offering a harrowing insider's account of the struggle for the reactors. Mounting troubles External power was restored to all six units at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility yesterday after it was rocked by two new quakes. Away from the plant, mounting evidence of radiation in vegetables, water and milk stirred concerns in Japan and abroad.
Posted: Esperate parents of a 57 kg three-year-old have told how they can't make the giant toddler diet because they are scared of him. Lu Hao, from China, is dangerously overweight, and at 57 kg is five times as heavy as other boys his age. He is getting so big his family are frightened of him and have given up trying to stop the youngster from gorging on huge plates of ribs and rice. His parents claim he throws vicious tantrums if he doesn't get third or fourth helpings of dinner. And mum Chen Huan from Guangdong Province, admits, "We have to let him be as if we don't feed him he will cry nonstop." She said she has tried to cut down his meals in the past, but despite her best efforts he still managed to put on a whopping 9.52 kg in the last year alone. He has already been banned from nursery over fears his size might be a danger to other children, and usually plays alone at home. But moving around is becoming tougher and tougher for the toddler, whose weight means he gets out of breath easily. Ironically when Lu Hao was born he was underweight, at 2.58 kg, but he started piling on the pounds at three months old, and hasn't stopped since. Dad Lu Yuncheng, who struggles to pick him up, said, "His appetite is so good that for a meal he can eat three big bowls of rice." Last year Lu Hao's worried parents took him to see specialists at the Guangdong Children's Hospital. Doctors there said they think it is possible his weight gain could be down to a hormone disorder. Dr Lu Hong said, "He is not just overweight but very tall as well so we may be able to treat him if it really is hormonal. But he cannot remain like this or his heart will never stand the strain." 60 Million Number of obese people in China Did you know? The record of the world's fattest baby is held by a Chinese baby, who at 10 months weighed 19 kg
Middletons eye Camilla's old home Posted: The parents of Kate Middleton are said to have gone and taken a look at a manor house that is up for sale and which had belonged to Camilla Parker Bowles. Carole and Michael Middleton went to view the 5 million (Rs 37 crore) Bolehyde Manor, which Camilla had stayed in during her affair with Prince Charles. The Middletons paid a quiet visit to the house, which is being sold privately in December Bolehyde Manor, a 14th-century pile near Chippenham, Wiltshire, is the home of the Earl and Countess Cairns, who bought the place from Camilla. It has 11 bedrooms, three cottages, 70 acres of parkland with tennis courts, swimming pool and a pear orchard, manicured gardens with yew hedges carved into animal shapes, and a benign resident ghost. Former airhostess Carole and her husband, ex-British Airways aircraft dispatcher Michael, paid a quiet visit to the house, which is being sold privately, in December. "Talk about keeping it in the family, Camilla was rather amused to hear that the Middletons had been to look round her old home," said a source.
