A doctor who called 911 on behalf of Charlie Sheen says the Two and a Half Men actor was "very, very intoxicated" and "apparently in a lot of pain."

In a 911 recording released Wednesday by the Los Angeles Fire Department, a caller identifying himself as Dr. Paul Nassif of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills says he received a call from Sheen's residence asking for medical assistance.
