The website, which offers daily coupons to local restaurants, bars and other businesses, has 60 million members worldwide, about half of whom live in North America. Those controversial Super Bowl ads surely introduced it to some new customers, too.

Investor's Business Daily - The U.S. satellite TV operator's Q4 EPS jumped 54% to 74 cents, topping expectations by 12 cents, on subscriber gains in the U.S. and Latin America. Revenue rose 11% to $6.62 bil, beating views for $6.52 bil. DirecTV (NMS:DTV) said it added a net 667,000 subscribers in Q4, the most in any quarter in a decade, citing its DVR and high-definition features. Cable companies, meanwhile, have lost subscribers recently. Shares rose 1.8% to 45.03.
