| A city fights for victimised Collector Posted: Jhunjhunu, a sleepy district in Rajasthan, has stood up to protest the transfer of its Collector, Mugdha Sinha. The residents claim that she was doing good work, but was transferred in barely four months due to pressure from a local MLA of the ruling Congress Shrawan Kumar who, they say, instigated Mugdha's transfer as she was taking action against the mining mafia in the area. |
